How do you commute from Alameda to San Francisco?
The ferry is the signature: direct runs from Main Street and Seaplane Lagoon terminals to downtown San Francisco, around 20 to 30 minutes on the water. Otherwise it's a quick hop through the tube or over a bridge to Oakland's BART stations, or 880 by car.
