Do you guarantee I'll get a lease?

We can't promise a specific home or a signed lease, and we'd never want to rush you into one. What you get is our time, our local know-how, and an honest take on every place we visit, so you can choose with real confidence. Happily, most people who come ready to move find somewhere they love within a day or two of their tour.

Who is this service for?

People relocating to the Bay Area, often from out of state, who are flying in on a tight schedule and would love a friendly local to handle the search. It's also a wonderful fit for employers welcoming a new hire to the area.

What does a tour day actually look like?

We pick you up, from the airport or your hotel, and spend the day driving door to door through 10 to 14 homes we've already vetted and lined up for you. Along the way, you'll get our honest take on each building, block, and commute, plus a real feel for the neighborhoods. When a place feels right, we're there to help you act on it.

Do you really pick me up and drive me around?

We do! It's a hands-on, chauffeured day, with no rideshares, no parking, and no wrestling with maps in a brand-new city. We drive, so you can relax and focus on how each home feels.

How many homes will we see, and how is the day planned?

Usually 10 to 14, all chosen with you in mind and arranged into one smooth, sensible route. The planning that makes that possible happens over the days before you arrive. It's the quiet part of the work that makes your day feel effortless.

How far ahead should I reach out?

The sooner the better, but no pressure. A great tour day rests on the research and scheduling that come before it, so a little lead time lets us build you a much stronger day. Feel free to reach out as soon as your dates start to take shape.

Do you work with employers relocating a hire?

Absolutely. We become a single, friendly point of contact for your incoming team member, planning the day, driving the tour, and helping them settle, so they start the new role feeling at home. Just reach out and we'll take care of the rest.

Which areas do you cover?

The whole San Francisco Bay Area: San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Alameda, Contra Costa, Sonoma, and Napa counties. Wherever you're headed, you'll get the same warm, honest, local guidance.
